The beauties of Salalah tour package

We start our half day city tour with a visit of The Museum of the Frankincense Land. Opened in July 2007 at Al Balid Archaeological Park, a UNESCO heritage site located in Salalah.Then we drive through the green plantations of fruits and vegetables, where we will make a brief stop to taste a fresh coconut water drink at any fruit stalls lining the streets within the periphery of the old Salalah town (Haffah). 
We make a Photo stop at the impressive Sultan Qaboos Mosque and view the Official Palace of His Majesty the Sultan Al Husn Palace and walk through the old Haffah souk, famous for the sale of high quality Frankincense and other numerous Dhofari traditional handcrafts. The smell of frankincense fills the souk, this very attractive market with its small shops lined up with straight piles of incense boxes, clay incense burners colorfully decorated with traditional patterns and bags of incense crystals. 
Return to our hotel.

We start the day by driving towards the Qara mountains, which gives us a scenic view of a traditional Dhofari rural beauty with herds of camels and cattle as a common view.
We will Visit the ancient tomb of Prophet Job located in the scenic green mountains of the Salalah plains where we will listen to the legendary story of Prophet Job and his devoutness. 
Then we will proceed to the beach of Mughsail where the white sand touches the deep blue of the ocean and where the waves burst through a natural Blow Holes a sort of caves at the far end of the Rocky beach. After that we continue along the Hair-pin-bendroad towards western border of Oman. There we will see the ancient Frankincense trees growing in their natural location , deep down in the valleys, dotting the dry and craggy countryside. 
We will stop in a medium-level hike  where we will get a fresh fish meal for lunch and  have time to swim in the sea. Afterwards,we Will return to our hotel in Salalah.

Picks from the hotel in the afternoon for a drive to the desert where we will enjoy the sunset on the dunes and where we will live the experience of preparing our dinner on the open fire with a possibility to try the delicious camel meat. There we enjoy the desert by night, the deep silence of the sahara and the stunning starry sky before reaching back to the hotel.
